User satisfaction survey in public hospitals: The cases of the Atakpamé Regional Hospital and the Blitta Hospital

The objective of this study is to carry out a satisfaction survey among users and populations served by the Blitta Hospital and the Atakpamé Regional Hospital.

This study will allow the implementation of specific actions in response to dissatisfactions, discontent and reluctance felt by hospital users and to analyse the vision that the population has of the hospitals that OIGH supports.
