User Satisfaction Survey in Public Hospitals: The Cases of Sokode and Dapaong Regional Hospital Centres.

The objective of this study is to carry out a satisfaction survey among users and populations served by the Sokodé RHC and the Dapaong RHC. This study will thus make it possible to set up specific actions in response to the dissatisfactions, discontent and reluctance felt by the users of the hospital and the image of the population.
